Now the ride that Im doing is long and grueling, but the training doesn't have to be! Of coarse Im going to be riding 100+ miles a day here in kodiak and watching what I eat so I can get my body in the best shape possible. However Im not going to sacrifice doing things I usually enjoy. So train but dont make it not fun for you, make sure that when you train you are entertained and happy.
Hopefully before today is over I will have a video uploaded about how I train for fun!
